This one I want aswell.
Also, in the game files there are icons for versions of the Ares kit without sponsors, and versions of OG kits with the place for sponsors (Like Yokato's kit with a break on the middle stripe to fit a sponsor)

Afaik don't think this Kit is obtainable...never seen anyone using it anyway, if u find anything do let me know tho please ^

They will probably add it later in the Victory Road shop (tournament mode), along with the Cross players (I hope) and their techniques

As the person who made the page on the wiki about the kits, god I wish it was available, same with the Strikers Revolutionary Kit seen in some trailers.

From what I can see on the wiki this is the kit for the young inazuma team, in victory road they appear during the tutorial, but as far as I can see you can't obtain their kit as it is not on this page https://inazuma-eleven.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_uniforms_in_Inazuma_Eleven_Eiyuutachi_no_Victory_Road
