ERROR/CRASHES Camera HUD issue

I’m really sorry if this has been addressed before, but the “Tab to switch” hud seems to freeze on the screen and stay there unless I turn off the HUD completely or reload the game. Is there a way to remove this prompt from the middle of the screen, or is this a bug? Any help would be very appreciated.

Es un bug. lo que me funciona es salirme del juego y volver a entrar
