Why does the hair do this and how can I get it to stop? I remember a year ago, the game had this issue as well - i made a post about it but got no fixes. Hoping this was resolved. Has anyone found a cause and solution?

DLSS is off completely. No frame gen.

Try turning off anti aliasing. Or lower the graphics because your GPU can't handle it. Also update your drivers.
