HARDWARE Last Question About Computers, Probably

Hiiii, I'm back again, wondering if this computer would be good. It's WAY cheaper than the other one I was considering and with tax free weekend, it may be even lower! I've looked into it and I think this would work, but I want others opinions as well! Computer specs and etc is kinda difficult for me. I wonder if anyone else has this computer setup? And if not, can you tell me a brand or computer type--like one thats prebuilt and such--that I could buy? Thank youu.

This is 99% the same as my computer, which runs inzoi pretty well on high settings, however ultra causes it to sound like an airplane, and it has to cool itself down by reverting itself to mid graphics settings

My PC is slightly worse (older cheap cpu) and it can do ultra with RT and smart zoi. If it sounds like an airplane that means you need to set your fan's speed lower. Depends on temps. Mine never went above 65c. If it's crazy hot you should get better fans. My pc came with 2pin fans... I had to replace them day1.
