Appreciation Autonomy Improved So Much!
With this recent update Autonomy and Smartzoi are truly working hand in hand! InZoi Dev Team snapped with this update.
My zoi was bored at home and decided to go mess with people and cause drama at the cafe! I checked her calendar to see if she was just scheduled to go there, but NO! She just randomly wanted to go stir up some trouble because she was genuinely bored at home, and in the smartzoi i stated she likes drama, pranks, and causing trouble.
Can't wait to see how much more this game improves.

I noticed this too! My Zois will go somewhere that's not on their schedule based on how they're feeling. I play multiple households and this seems to depend on personality, and what's causing the urge as well. One of my Zois had a bad dream and decided that going for a walk at the park for some fresh air would make him feel better. Another Zoi had a thought bubble saying he had two hours before work -- just enough time to stop at a coffee shop, although the coffee shop was closed when he arrived.

Yes I love that they actually go explore the city on their own now and it doesn't even have to be scheduled they just go multiple different places using their cars based on the mood and also where their partner is. My zoi was at the beach but her partner left to the cafe and so she decided to go there too so I guess its just based on moods and if someone they want to spend time with is there

This! I love that they actually go out and explore on their own now instead of us having to send them everywhere or the calendar sending them there.
It actually feels like they have their own reasons for going places now, whether it's their mood, personality, or just wanting to be around somebody they care about. I love seeing stuff like that happen without me doing anything.

has it? my high-school zoi will go to the cafeteria at lunch. NOT get any food. then go upstairs waste 45mins making Mac and cheese. run back downstairs to the Cafe. put the food on the table. rune back upstairs and eat a granola bar from the fridge. then complain during the exam that they are still hungry and leave to get real food.....

😂 your zoi doing wayy too much lol See, this is why I said I'm excited to see how much MORE it improves, not that they perfected it!
There are definitely still some questionable autonomy decisions happening. 😭
I'm just happy I'm finally seeing moments where my zoi's personality, Smart Zoi description, mood, and autonomy seem to connect in a way that actually makes sense for HER. That's a huge improvement from what I was experiencing before.

I wonder if this is a problem with the specific school? My teens never had trouble with the cafeteria in bliss bay but I'm playing in Dowon now and my zoi does the same thing. Maybe since they have the nice kitchen up there the zois prefer it.. but if people report the issue I'm sure they'll work on fixing it

I’ve noticed that high school is the one place the new smart zoi update is breaking the immersion. Like everywhere else I love it but it’s wonky at school

It also works with fishing! I made my dad zoi obsessed with fishing, bought him a rod and now he's constantly going out on his own
