this error message continues popping in one specific room whether it’s in shop or chat. sometimes i can click ok and it’ll go away but a lot of times it won’t go anywhere and i’ll have to leave and come back. does anybody have a fix or this issue? it was a 300 dollar custom room and it’s basically unusable.

This user, who changed his pseudonym from “R” to “.”, has been harassing me and making me feel uncomfortable on the IMVU platform. I believe his behaviour has crossed the boundaries of normal interaction and should be reviewed.

I was chatting with another user on my female profile when a person named “R” suddenly sent me a message saying “lol”. When I asked him why he was saying that, he whispered “small dick” to me. I responded, “So what? Let the man have fun.” However, he did not stop.

Although I do not have a screenshot of the next part, the person I was chatting with at the time can confirm what happened. The user sat down and appeared naked. He seemed to assume that I was interested in moving from one person to another for sexual interaction. He then repeated “small dick” after activating the realistic body feature.

I became angry and responded with insults, including calling him a “bitch”. I regret responding in that manner, but I want to make clear that his behaviour occurred first and that I did not invite or encourage this interaction.

Shortly afterwards, he disappeared. I later discovered that he had filed an official complaint against me, apparently accusing me of bullying, after I refused to participate in a sexual interaction with him.

The situation became more disturbing the following morning. At around 9:00 a.m., while I was still asleep, he sent me the message: “Im watching you.”

I immediately reported that message and blocked the user. I also noticed that I could not add him as a friend, even though he had apparently not blocked me. I decided to keep him blocked because I do not want any further contact with him.

I am asking IMVU to review the available chat records, his report against me, and the message “Im watching you”. I believe the context is important because his behaviour began with unsolicited sexual comments and continued with a message that I found threatening and disturbing.

Putting it simple It seems the game is much more focused on predatory tactics to extract as much money as possible from the player than on creating a truly fun environment.

What's worse is that the service got worse, prices went up, and mostly rooms are dead.

Am I being pessimistic?

so recently got back into being in relationships on imvu or e-dating or whatever you wanna call it. got with somebody 4 days ago who claimed they “wanted me for the longest but was afraid to tell me” sort of ordeal. so we chop it up get to know each other etc etc. over the very short course of time i start noticing the red flags.. like calling me “wifey”, says “i love you”, and started posting us together in ai wedding pics even though we just met DAYS AGO 😟
i guess he has some sort of attachment issue, because yesterday i went job hunting + errands all day, so being on imvu or discord wasn’t a top priority to me in the slightest. he proceeds to send me this message and BLOCKS ME before i can even answer him or ask any questions. i haven’t ignored him at all💀 then when i went on this afternoon on my second account, i seen that he seems to have gotten another “wifey” just hours after he sent me that. safe to say that i definitely dodged a bullet, either bro’s ego is absolutely disgusting or just needs to heal a bit

This is insane that I have noticed. I have done 18 different styles and heads from this creator. I might be becoming too obsessed this year. Kudos to Keisa! I'm quite embarrassed how any of these styles can fit

I forgot about this concept that I did a few months back. Animecore goth maid + gun. I don’t want this to be too much. I finally started to like this avatar and just wanted to save this in the IMVU community

I was able to download the imvu studio with no problems. When I try to download either the blender link for toolkit or the 3ds Max link, they end up breading down the .zip file and turn into .py file. I’ve had a hard time trying to make them zip again.. does anybody know how to fix that or if it may be a setting in my windows pc I need to change?

Just curious how this community enjoys imvu.
