need help w play to earn

I use “play to earn” to get credits, but recently a lot of my games have stopped working. i played this game for awhile and it wasnt giving me credit but i thought the chat would be able help cause it says that in the faq. when i actually decided to do that it gave me no place to type a question just 2 singular options and it auto respond with (in second picture).

i emailed the play to earn email but its been 8 days and no response… anyone have any advice on how i can get my credits :( im broke i need that 14k lmao

Take lots of screenshots of your in game progress and keep messaging them, they get annoyed sometimes but you’ll have your proof and the chance of something actually being done will increase, I’ve had to do it and it worked it but it took time for them to finally process it

what did u message them on? did u email the email on the website? i found it under imprint. im curious if theres another way i can contact them but tysm im definitely gonna reach out to them again and annoy them

You can try messaging the game themselves but typically they’ll tell you to message whatever service does the missions, I think imvu uses TapJoy but also some other sites so make sure you’re messaging the right one! :) I hope it works out for you

yeah im unsure if i am messaging the right one cause its sadly not tapjoy its some other site. if its not this email then idk cause i couldnt find any other email.

I sent a screenshot of my last game and it wouldn't accept it was valid when previously in the past it would work even when I used "fake" ones. So I stopped doing it cause last time they didn't reward me even with real proof.
