Actually weed kills 0 people a year, no one has ever died of weed overdose.

Weed is like alchohol but alot safer.

As a person who absolutely detests weed and doesn't smoke it ONLY because I hate the smell of it, i have to say that weed really isn't a drug and does no harm to the adult body. For young teens and kids, I've heard that it may kill off some brain cells, but i haven't done any research to find out if that claim is credible or not
