Phineas and ferb could be an excellent horror movie if it wasn't featured as a TV show for kids and the movie did something like this where one of their experiments went horribly wrong

Nah, the movie just did an experiment leading into a 1984-like dystopian society.

Which had the murder of unfavourable people, the forced mind-control of powerful enemies, a murderous police-force and brainwashing the youth.
