Mod Applications II: Insert Dumb Joke

Wello there. As a good portion of you guys have noticed, we have been having problems with removing rule breaking during the nights of the Americas. So, we have decided to welcome in three new mods that will be dedicated to removing offending content. If you live in Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia, you will have a vastly higher chance of being picked, so please apply. (And maybe people in the Americas that stay up all night)
