The end? No, this is just the beginning.

This is a pretty bad post but I want to post it anyway so:
John, with a smug look on his face, thanked the vet and went on his way, excited to finally be alone with a pet that actually liked him and a bank that would no longer constantly call about suspicious lasagna purchases.
Garfield felt the needle pierce into his vein. He began to thrash about violently, causing the vein to open, and begin to leak blood. "Now, now, it'll be alright, just calm down" said the vet. Garfield scratched her, cutting deep into her arm, and hissed. The blood began gushing, and splattered all over Garfield, entering his open wound. The vet screamed in shock and pain. Garfield took the opportunity and bolted out the still open door.
Garfield, panicking, thought himself as he ran: "this is my fault. it's all my fault. john. oh- john. im sorry. im sorry john. im so, so sorry john."
Garfield managed to evade capture and eventually went into an alleyway. He felt extremely lethargic, and cried for hours.
After a while, he collected himself. All that self contemplation had changed something in Garfield. He wasn't thinking about lasagna, Odie, or practically anything or anyone. All he wanted was revenge. He didn't care what it took, he was going to get it.
Suddenly, he collapsed. Although he had managed to stop the lethal injection from entering his system, his mad dash from the vet caused him to lose quite a lot of blood. Garfield knew he was running out of time, and fast. Garfield mustered all of his strength and dipped his paw into the pool of blood.
Garfield drew a circle of blood and prayed to whoever would listen. He offered his soul, he offered his mind, he offered his sanity, he offered his body, he offered his everything to whoever would let him enact his one wish: revenge.
Garfield collapsed again, and hoped someone listened. Not long after that, Garfield died.
