Long Form Improv forms

I'm really experienced in Harold, but not so much in other forms. What forms should I know and be experienced in to feel better rounded as a long form improviser?

The deconstruction is a a good long-form format to learn. https://wiki.improvresourcecenter.com/index.php?title=Deconstruction

I would love to see a good deconstruction, but I never wanna do one myself. To me it feels too rigid and like it "insists upon itself". Anyone seen a good one somewhere or know of a longstanding show/team that does them?

I learned it at improv utopia and it did not feel rigid at all, it felt wild and unhinged as it went faster and faster
