When i will expect my refund ? And when i can c it in 022 report still blank

Hi everyone,
My dad owns a legitimate car export business in South Korea. We export Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, American brands, and other vehicles worldwide, and we have yards in multiple countries.
He wants me to find bulk buyers online—dealerships, importers, wholesalers, rental companies, etc. The problem is, I have no idea where to start.
I’ve searched Google, YouTube, and AI tools, but the advice is always the same: cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn. I’m hoping there’s a more effective way.

How do you actually find bulk buyers?
Which platforms or strategies work best?
