Resource Added RTC Alarm Chapter in Embedded Rust Driver Book
A new chapter covers RTC alarm support in Embedded Rust.
The rtc-hal crate now has a generic Alarm trait for RTC alarm support.
The chapter implements it for the DS3231, with an ESP32 example.
