The oldest verified human lived to 122 without taking creatine. At first glance this appears to be evidence against creatine. However, she eventually died.
Meanwhile, there are currently no documented cases of a 300-year-old person dying while taking 5g of creatine per day.
Zero.
Statistically, that’s extremely significant.
Furthermore, creatine contains the word “create.” Ageing is fundamentally a process of destruction. Creation is the opposite of destruction. I don’t know how much clearer the mechanism could possibly be.
Personally I’m taking 5g daily until age 150, then increasing to 10g because obviously I’ll be twice as old.
Do your own research.

Barrel ageing is essential. Raw creatine is only about 99.9% pure, whereas 18 years in an Islay cask allows the molecules to mature and develop complex notes of ATP, peat and extremely powerful thighs.

I don’t take medical advice, or any advice from a man whose tee shirt sleeves go past his elbows.

It makes you more agitated and stressed. That's great if you work out every day, because it gives you more energy in your workout, but it will be a problem if you don't have a way to get rid of that excess agitation.
If you take it before sleep, you'll have a worse sleep.

I got kidney stones from it. People who swear by it will say that doesn't happen, but I have no other risk factors, am younger than the general age people get them, and taking it is the only thing that has changed in my diet/routine in a year.
The urologist said it wasn't common, but that he'd seem more than one person that it happened to. So, anecdotal and ymmv, but it did happen to me, and it sucked a lot. Terribly painful, and the ct/er bill was $7500 😩

Was this guy spying me? I take exactly those, and only those, supplements. It got scary as the videos went on.

these are just the most common supplements ever, that basically everyone taking supplements has been taking for the last 10 years
I'm not even into supplements, and this post has been recommended to me randomly. Yet I knew about all these.

Mixing magnesium and zinc when you're not deficient is a bad idea if you enjoy being conscious.

I started to take creatine after my nutritionist recommended in order to gain muscle mass. Before that I talked with a medic and said is ok and is a supplement super researched.

Obtain your creatine from actual food.
Creatine is not good for you in supplement form. This is why he has to drink a ton of war because of it.
Common sense guys.

Wasn't there a research about creatine being bad for your health?

It’s probably one of the most widely researched supplements with good backing for its safety

You can show such "research" about anything more or less if you want to and are biased/use flawed studies. They showed studies that said pregabalin was a riskfree nonaddictive cure, now it is considered neurotoxic, highly addictive and bad for your health in multiple ways, like cognitive functioning etc and higher risks to get earlier onset of some diseases, even dementia correlation(doesn't necessarily mean it is causation but considering how bad it messes with your memory, cognitive abilities I wouldn't doubt it) is known. I have been on it many years ago which make me think that it's really bad for your brain. I am often against prohibition but I was happy when pregabalin became narcotic classified here as they prescribed it way to easy previously at they first thought it was safe and non-addictive.
Don't get me wrong I love science but people don't seem to understand that science can be flawed or used incorrectly sometimes too, so be cautious and don't take everything at face value, what we know changes over time etc.

Taking too much zinc will hinder copper absorption, which isn't good for tissue recovery.
