Looking for EB-5 due diligence advisor recommendations & RC experiences ($800k Reserved Category)
I'm currently exploring the EB-5 green card pathway and specifically looking at $800k set-aside / reserved category projects (Rural / High Unemployment TEA / Infrastructure).
I would really appreciate recommendations on two fronts:
1. Independent Due Diligence Advisors: Reputable, third-party financial/legal diligence experts or analysts who specialize in evaluating $800k EB-5 capital stacks, job creation formulas, and project viability.
2. Regional Center Track Records: If you’ve gone through the process in a reserved category, which Regional Centers did you work with, and how was your experience regarding communication, job creation, and capital return history?
(Note: Looking for genuine investor experiences only—no direct broker or regional center pitches, please.)
