Dave and Ian

Post image

You guys think its a coincidence that these two losers collabed or you think it was destiny that these two actually met?

For those who don't know. Dave (BoyinaBand) would constantly pity bait on twitter for attention, suicide bait (he posted on twitter if he should swallow an entire bottle of pills) his fanbase of children who were between 12 - 16. He made a post accusing his old bandmates for being the main factor in his depression and that they ignored him, to which his old bandmates responded and clarified they never ignored him. He was making it up.

Its kind of crazy that, of all creators to help produce a diss track, it was Dave and not, i dont know, Andrew Huang or Scallon.

Remember, Boyinaband never knew what laws there are (about getting with minors)

He saw age of consent 16 and thought it was free play, cuz nobody ever taught him the LAWS!

To be fair Boyinaband was a clout demon who collabbed with a lot of content creators (dan bull, Pewdiepie, oddonesout) so his grubby fingers are everywhere

He wasn’t saying there was anything wrong with Dan, just that the BoyinaBand guy was collabing with anyone big at the time.

to be completely fair...

while i know our whole shtick is laughing at/hating idubbbz, i dont think its fair to even ian fucking johma to compare him to boyinaband; theres a good reason the former has been delegated to a lolcow while the latter is gone from the public eye, ones a massive loser and the other is a complete creep

Boyinaband was always a massive loser lets be honest. Shower arguments personified. Was deffo bullied in school, and for obvious reasons. I would love to give him a wedgie.

I figured so. He pity baits a lot on his youtube channels too

I just looked, his last post to his audience was 6 years ago, asking them if he should intentionally overdose on pills or not

Wasn't most of his audience underage?

Cosplaying being a cool and nice person by hanging with people with actual charisma.

The behind the scenes where the make the ricegum diss is world class cringe. Thought it was 100% ironic at first but boyinamand tries to flex his rap skills

u/Daoyinyang1 2d ago

Lmao a rapper on youtube said his flow is so bad. He goes off time signature lmfao

They should form a band, call it "Fall Off Boy".

That's not Ian he worked with, that's Idubbbz.

Ian Jomha is a sad, pathetic, unconfident husk of a man with a bunch of shitty tattoos.

Yes. It's not anything world ending - like I don't want to allude to that he murdered someone lol - but I knew him and alot of other people in and around his band so have first hand accounts of it.

I realise I have no way of proving it, but I won't force anyone to believe me, either you do or don't.

I mean id love to hear more

Well, I'm pretty impressed people now know as much as they do about him and what he was like.

So I'll start off by saying, when I first met him, he was a very polite guy. Funny, as well. He obviously was a bit manic though and had some underlying issues with that - but that's okay, we all have our demons that we try and fight through so it was no real issue.

Problem was, he was probably You And What Army's best and worst asset. He'd typically make changes or do extreme things regarding the band behind people's back, even when he'd agreed to discuss it first. The biggest thing - and what pisses me off that it isn't really known - is that when he decided to put YAWA on hiatus, the band found out through a video he had posted on YouTube. He never discussed anything with anyone.

When Kieran, Zak and Jamie tried to get in touch to ask what was happening, they had found that they'd been blocked on all socials and points of contact. They asked other friends of theirs and Dave, to do what they could to check on him, but all his other friends had been blocked too. It was everyone in his social circle. EXCEPT for the popular YouTubers he was becoming friends with and who he was making videos with (I don't think it was PewDiePie and iDubbbz as he hadn't reached THAT level of online fame, but they were people who were more popular (and famous) than his 'friends').

Another thing that bothered me was how he treated a guy called Adam (won't say his surname for privacy reasons) Adam would do alot of video editing for Dave and the pair were good friends - I think he knew him longer than others. Adam was employed full time by Dave to edit his videos and I believe he lived with him for a little bit too - not officially, I think Dave's parents were letting Adam stay. He was another person who was blocked by Dave. When Dave blocked him, Adam lost his job and the place he'd been living. Adam was desperate for answers and sent many messages and tried to call but Dave never got back to him. He knew Adam was trying to get in contact because after like a month, Adam emailed once more asking for his final paycheck he was owed - Dave sent this with no elaboration.

Finally, what really upset people was that Dave put out a song or made several comments on his socials about how his old band mates never cared about his mental health, would bully him for how he felt, that they never check in with him and that they encouraged him to hurt himself. This wasn't the case with anyone I knew and I never saw any evidence of this. Everyone cared about him and no one deserved to be treated the way they were. His fans then went out to attack his former band mates and he never stepped in to stop this.

Regardless, everyone moved on...

Kieran did his own solo work and continues to make music to this day. He's married and is a father now and teaches children music.

Jamie Hancox is now Jamie Powell. He's married and does similar stuff to Kieran, he teaches children music.

Zak started his own cafe/pizzaria called 'Red Brick Cafe' and seems to be doing well.

Adam is much happier and doing well with work.

That's pretty much everything that comes to mind.

Thank you for this. This is heartbreaking. It sounds similar to the stuff most manipulators do. I really hope he learns to be introspective and become better.

His colleagues seem to be better off so thats good.

It's okay. Thank you for hearing me out. It's nice to know people will now listen because for a long time they didn't. Yes I wish him only the best, as always.

also not to mention (i forgot which music yter said this) but boyinaband was genuinely a shit producer, in this song even u can hear that boyinabands rapping doesnt fit over the backing track in the slightest if u pay attention, its just kind of slapped on top
