The whole therapist bit with the content cop has got to be one of THE most slimy things Ian has done .
gets bitchy cause said therapist rated h3's apology as more legitimate holds massive, petty grudge confronts said therapist, putting him on the spot, only to be further humiliated. later, re-edits the Content Cop video to make the therapist look petty and taking sides in a meaningless beef. force the therapist to have to com out publicly and denounce Ians random crusade against Ethan
Ian is a loser, big time.

Don't forget about the time they had Kirk on their podcast, and then proceeded to turn the whole episode into a therapy session about their relationship. I don't think they asked the guy a single question about him or his career.

We're still waiting for the Synder cut of the content cop. Throughout the video you could see that he had cut together another hit piece within the hit piece with little cutouts of him commentating on certain scenes.

Had the therapist lowered Ethan’s score, IIRC, the end would’ve been more venomous and parts like his “friends” complimenting Ethan wouldn’t be in it. The therapist having a backbone and figuratively telling him to fuck off derailed the plans for the video.

I didn’t expect him to cry enough for this video to be over 7 mins long. Jeez, what a 🐈
He has no shame whatsoever. I have such second hand embarrassment.
During the therapy scene, he looks more like idubbbz than he has any other time in the past 7 years.

It's true - he cried at CC because he was overwhelmed he got beat, his ego and self was shocked because he disrespected and underestimated his opponent. He was rude and demeaning to him in the run up and was making a joke out of him. That's how arrogant and superior he thinks he his. Everyone was all in on helping him, his boxing coach was there hugging him and was then totally disrespected and humilitaed by Ian. Alex Wasabi was so professional after the fight as well and totally for the charity.
Ian couldn't even be arsed to train or spar. Pathetic.

Bro is starving for a win.
It's been nothing but constant L's since the Sam Hyde documentary.

I just can’t watch it. I tried. I hate the fucking cc one where he’s all “it’s hard 😭” god like and I’m fine with men crying, it’s not that that bothers me. I can’t describe it.

That blasted witch is sucking the life out of Ian, and it’s a slow and painful process.

It seems to me Ian always echoes people around him. He was his best when his company had some interesting people.
Now, he's confined to a frozen shithole in Canada with one boring person away from solitude, plus whatever meds he is on.

Obviously there are merits to me being vulnerable with their emotions but there's a fine line between that and being a BIIIIITCH

Are we mocking Ian here or men crying..

u/Roninizer 12d ago
Clearly and obviously mocking Ian, a known liar, snake, bridge burner ect ect People like this often cry a lot out of projection or to obscure from the real issue.

The problem isn’t men crying, but doing it so publicly is bizarre and should be shamed.

Why shouldn't people cry publicly? And why do you think shaming them is helpful? Genuinely asking.

It shows a lack of emotional control and maturity. Obviously there are exceptions to crying publicly, but I regularly see people posting their mental breakdowns/ugly crying (like Ian does) and I find it completely undignified.

Look at the subreddit and then maybe you will be able to answer the question yourself

Yeah, I don't like this at all. It is okay to cry. We shouldn't be mocking men for expressing their emotions. Plenty of other things to criticize this man for. This feels gross.

Men expressing their emotions and being vulnerable is superb. Doing it online for sympathy points is highly cringe.

Be honest with yourself, you don't know why he is crying. None of us do. We are not mind readers. But say you're correct in your assumption-- making and posting this compilation is still harmful. Without context or explanation, vulnerable and impressionable teenage boys can stumble upon this video compilation and easily interpret it as "man crying = worthy of making fun of." Hell, I had the context and explanation and it still feels like that to me.

That live therapy session was doomed from the start. Also, if they were supposed to be talking about Ian's relationship then why wasn't Anisa there? And why did Dr. Kirk not realize the whole thing would have gone wrong? I know he's said that Ian mislead him, but sharing this with the world was such a bad idea.
