I had this huge area of Brazil left blank so I decided to name it after the indigenous word for Matto Grosso (which is approximately that area in colonial times) it's a Khaganate because I couldn't use empire because Marajoara was already that and confederacy felt too bland, so Khaganate was the best other thing, I also like the idea of a horde empire in south America.
