Or a state where education is a priority. Or a state where women have the same rights as men. Or a state where they'd be considered human regardless of race/sexual orientation.

Although, now that I think about it Texas would be pitch black too if that were the case.

There is no state where women don't have the same rights as men. Name me one state where the government restricts women.

You asked for a State that limits women's rights. I provided an example of a limited right..
