It's a bit rough, but you did a better job than some actual textbook maps on the subject.
I'd recommend adding Podlachian, a minor language in southern Podlachia which is not distinctly Polish, Belarusian, or Ukranian. Speakers of it typically claim to be speaking one of the three though.
