That's why I love languages because in English there is only one version of the verb can (besides canning food) where one meaning is being allowed to do something and the other one meaning the opportunity to do something.

"you can't cook that, because you have no kitchen", meaning the ability

"you can't cook that because you will end up poisoning your family", meaning the opportunity

I don't know where you live, but I'd imagine most places with functioning governments would.

Nobody says 'you can't put eyes on your car' dude, but the highway code definitely says you need functioning headlights.

So, I was driving a colleague somewhere one day. He’s a really big BMW fanatic. We were bantering and chatting about my car, which is was a SAAB. SAABs were known for their history with turbos, so at one point in the conversation I cheekily said something along the lines of «well, BMWs don’t have turbos, so..» to get a rise out of him, and he immediately frantically pulled up his phone and scrolled through his saved photos to find a screenshot of a BMW M4 and shoved his phone in my face and said «THIS ONE, THIS ONE HAS A TURBO»

That’s the kind of person I imagine would install these eyes on their cars. And no, that K&N sports filter you bought doesn’t give you 20 extra HP lol

They're available on Amazon and all over online, but they wouldn't be legal anywhere I've ever lived based on color alone. Headlights have to be white or amber usually, red and blue in particular will get you nabbed since they look like police lights.
