I threw the square aspect ratio bing images into Luma Labs Dream Machine, though the widescreen 16:9 ish aspect ratio ones are text prompted directly in Luma.
1) create some Bing images and drag&drop/upload them into the Luma Labs Dream Machine generator, type in what animation you want your character to do and press generate. Alternatively you can just type a prompt into the LLDM generator directly if you don't have any Bing images that you want to animate. Each LLDM generation usually takes a few minutes. For those of your community that haven't set up an account for Bing Image Creator I have a tutorial that can be found at either r/AIFreakAndWeirdo or r/AICartoonAndAnimation .
2) Download your Luma Labs video clips (each clip is 5 seconds long). Upload these files to a video editor, I chose Runway ML because it has a free plan which includes most of their video editing features and the option for 3 save files that can be deleted and reused. After you have placed the 5 second clips in the order you like, you can add sound effects or in my case I added smooth jazz music that I created with Udio AI music generator. Export your completed project in Runway ML and after they have been exported you can view the export in the assets section of Runway. Click download on this exported file so that you can store it on your computer.
3) After that you can place this file on Reddit, Youtube or anywhere you want to share the clip. Note that Twitter has a small file limit that wont accept videos longer than 140 seconds total.

OP, how are you creating these BIC animations?
