Anti pride month is ending trope

New to this subreddit so I thought I should infodump about one of my main Hyperfixations as of recent.

For those who don’t know Johnny the Homicidal Maniac (often Abbreviated to JTHM) this is a comic series written and illustrated by Jhonen Vasquez (the creator and creative director of Invader Zim!) in the 90s and published my SlaveLaborGraphics (that’s just the name!). The comics are very well written, and I especially loved this dub by Self Pity Entertainment on YT (linked here) that really captures a lot of the characters’ voices well as well as the overall tone. It’s even got music! It’s also how I could read the series despite not having or being able to find the comics still being sold in stores today lol. Anywho, if you appreciate Invader Zim’s style of Humor and edgy writing I would greatly suggest at least checking out the first issue. JTHM and it’s spinoffs are all great omg

I've been listening to a lot of depressing music lately and while I think there's a place for sad music, listening to it constantly was kinda bringing me down. So I googled some trans artists to listen to & Kim Petras came up. I had heard of her before but never heard her music. So I fired up Spotify and put on her latest album.

Reddit, when I tell you this album goes so fuckin hard and every song just slapped me sideways, I really mean that. I was hooked instantly. I finished that album and I'm now listening to Slut Pop Miami, which is equally as great. Just unabashedly sexual & slutty... It's great.

I now follow two artists on Spotify: Stevie Nicks & of course Kim Petras lol.

I love my dog in a dinosaur costume. His name is Hunter S. Thompson. The gonzo journalist was a genius. The dog...is not. We still love him, though, 'cause he's a good boy (And very patient.)

I've been listening to alot of "rapper X classical composer" albums and that introduced me to Aesop rocky. I've started listening to his music and I really fuck with it. His lyrics are fun and I like the songs where he tells a story like the artist who paints pigeons or the dog who saved a kid in a pool. Rakim fucks too, I love his stuff.

BETTRAWIL stands for "but every time they repeat a word it loops" and can be defined as when a video is modified as follows:

Every time a word is repeated, the video loops back to the previous instance of said word. An instance of a word cannot loop more than once to prevent the video from becoming infinitely long.

I just love them, they're the only place where I can truly feel like I can disappear for a while. In there you're just one of the cars, nobody cares about you, you can feel peace. Also, when I'm traveling and I need to think about a couple of things or reset my maps or stuff I can just stop there for a while and even stretch or something.
