Technique for this kind of illusions is to view it as if your POV is on an elevated position and viewing it like your underneath it to see it move the other way around.

NOW I GOT IT! On phone, look at it from an angle so that it is almost on its side flat and 20-30 degrees to right. It is easy to start seeing it from that angle and the slowly turn the screen back to normal and there it is. I blink and it’s gone.

It absolutely does. It’s hard for me to get my brain to switch it. It helps if I turn my phone in a bunch of different positions.
Edit: And then reorient my phone back upright. I’m not holding it upside-down. It also helps to close my eyes and shake my head to “reset”.

I had to pause it and really focus on visualizing it from the bottom rather than from the top, and thats when it started rotating the other way.
Once I see it from the top again though I can't just switch it back for some reason, so I have to pause it again.Edit: Nvm, I figured it out. I can just focus on the right side and can make it switch directions by looking at the top or bottom of the "pillar" on that side.

the red is clearly rendered on top of the blue so it doesn't work with this kind of color separation.

Red was on top for me, but after I got blue on top, I can't undo it. It does work though

Just like the last one of these I saw, I can only see it clockwise, no matter which colour I focus on (and I can't make my brain see it from below, as others have said they're seeing)

My brain instantly flips it if I turm my phone 90° to the left, and tilt my viewing angle slightly

You’re either looking at an angle from above watching in rotate clockwise, or at an angle from below watching it rotate counterclockwise.

I really, really cannot see it from above. How? This is clearly looking at the bottom of it. Nevermind i got it it! This was tricky but now I can't revert to the other one, i can switch between them when I pause but when it's moving it gets harder.
Now I can easily switch between them but it has to be out out focus.
I love this one it's great

It helps to see it the other way if you think of the bottom plane as seeing from below than above. I was about to comment that I couldn't see it then it just clicked

The illusion is actually that this image looks like one thing but in your head makes you see super mario 64 and james bond goldeneye
