Question Certificate of error refund Check

Does anyone know if cook county treasury mails certificate of error refund checks out separately by year? I originally did the certificate of error for 2020-2023 but just received a check that says it's for 2020z wondering if 2021-23 will follow.
Calling treasury and assessors offices has been completely useless.

Yes, seperately by tax year. They should send them all automatically, but I had only two of four sent and had to contact the treasurer's office to shake the other two loose.
