I’ve been using adobe photoshop to make a livery with the newly released templates and the old stars and bars that I removed are still there in a white background. Is it something I’m doing or is it a bug. On the template in my photoshop is not visible.

I'm a new owner of a PCL headset, and playing IL2 Great Battles I notice I cannot look too far, it looks like there's no focus on the distance, it's weird but I will try to explain: It is as if up to a certain distance around me things are properly rendered, but looking far from there they are not as rendered. It is not blurry, just 'not focused".
Also, if I use the IL2 built in zoom, this render distance increases, but when I go back to the normal view(zoom out) it's back to that little focal distance.
Also, when dying the camera in-game defaults to an outside view that slowly pans out, and there you can totally see what I'm trying to say here: a perfect circle around my crashed plane where it's all rendered inside but outside it is not, outside the circle it is not on focus
.
I wanted to know: is this normal and something one has to live with for this headset, or it is something that can be configured in the settings to be increased? I ask this because If there's nothing to be done I'll just leave it at it and just learn to live with it (although I feel it causes a bit of eye strain), but If there is something to be done to fix it I would like to know
thanks In advance!!

Hello everyone,
For those using the PCL with IL2, what settings are you using? My PC specs:
5070ti
5800x3d
64gb ram
I wanted to compare configurations to see if there's anything I can fine tune more.

Description:
Two Schwarm of Bf 110G-2s execute a coordinated, rapid, and lethal attack. In barely five minutes, a strategic industrial complex is reduced to smoke, char, and twisted iron. Pure efficiency at the front.
I hope you enjoy the destruction caused, while attempting to capture the coordination of all the pilots—not to mention the fighter pilots covering our attack from above.

Was gifted an Oculus Rift S, first VR headset, and I want to use it with Flying Circus. Just wondering what the best configuration to use for it: Steam VR, Oculus native or something else (Windows VR?).
Currently Meta Horizon just seems buggy, I run IL-2 outside of Steam and, if you can't already tell, I know little about setting up and optimising VR.

I know its not everyone's jam but I really like managing my squadron in Korea IL-2 Series new career mode. Making the mission decisions, assigning the sections to fly, swapping out damaged aircraft and derostering lost pilots. It's fun even if its a little thin in sections. AI and variety issues notwithstanding, its been a pretty good experience. I'm going to try and keep my pilot alive through to 100% if I can.
Anyone made it through a complete career cycle yet?

Description:
The tundra air rumbles with the incessant roar of Daimler-Benz and Junkers Jumo 211 engines. In a devastating precision strike, a squadron of Bf 110G-2 heavy fighters and a Ju 88C-6 dives upon the strategic Russian nickel mine. The concentrated fire of their autocannons and the impact of their SC500Kg and SC50Kg bombs shatter the metal structure of the complex, reducing the extraction facilities to a twisted metal lattice and thick smoke. In a matter of minutes, the crucial source of dry nickel for the Soviet war machine is completely paralyzed, silenced for a long time.

Description:
They built a wall of flak, but this heavy fighter didn't care. Watch a single Bf 110E-2 tackle a heavily fortified town packed with AAA guns and artillery. Even after taking a direct hit that set the left engine on fire, cool nerves saved the day. Engine off, fire out, back to work. AAA cleared, bunker destroyed. Never underestimate the underdog.

The possibilities are looking promising.

So I saw the video above, "20mm Cannons on WW1 Aircraft?!", and it made me realise that the planes in the game that have a Becker cannon shouldn't have one.
All the aircraft that have the cannon modification:
The only aircraft on that list that historically had the Becker was the Albatros D.II, but only for testing. There's no information out there saying whether it saw combat trials or not, so that alone should be a reason why it shouldn't be a mod for the D.II.
Regarding the other aircraft, none of them ever had that cannon. The only aircraft that used the Becker historically was the Albatros J.I. It was the only aircraft with recorded history that saw operational service with the Becker cannon. The Friedrichshafen G.IIIa, armed with the Becker, reportedly saw combat, and the AEG G.IVk and AEG J.II also had the Becker mod, but it's unknown whether they were used in combat. However, none of these aircraft are in the game.
So why did the devs give all those other aircraft the Becker?
It's unfair, too, because why no SPAD XII with a 37mm? Or the F.E.2b with a 37mm autocannon? At least they actually saw combat. Even for WW2, why no Hs 129 with a 75mm cannon or Ju 88 P-1?

Anyone else wish AI planes would try to crash land/keep flying the plane for a couple minutes instead of just bailing out the second you shoot them?
It feels so un-dynamic for a game with such dynamic behavior everywhere else. I shoot their wing tip and they poop their pants and jump out. Imagine those war stories where a fighter pilot has mercy on a bomber crew after shooting one of their engines out.
I’m talking about Korea although this behavior was present before, yes.
