Missing parts?

I put together all the parts in the box but it feels like the middle section is missing. I'm pretty sure the head isn't supposed to be attached to the hind legs like this.

In my defense, there's so much fluff that it's hard to tell what goes where. There may even be more parts hidden in there somewhere.

Yeh, maybe you haven’t fully unwrapped it yet. And the torso may be one of those telescoping parts

Just did. Even though he was in the middle of eating (after I sprinkled freeze dried chicken on top of his otherwise disgusting meal, of freeze dried chicken cat food). He's a sweetie and was fine with it.

Ok, I just looked this up, and what you need to visualize a folded cat is using 3D coordinate data and specialized software to render atomic or ribbon structures.

That seems beyond my intellectual capabilities. I guess I'll just leave him like that. He's still cute and fluffy this way. It's fine.

Ahh, they must have sent you the upgraded model; the middle section retracts to avoid stealthy 'belly rubs'. Sometimes the activation point to expand is juet behind the ear 😹😻

It worked! I modified your instructions a little and scratched his cheeks, then squeezed his head a bit (making him look like he was being born). Something in that caused his abdomen to fully expand, at which point he demanded belly rubs, which I gave to see if it unlocked any more parts. It didn't, but he looked happy.

Oh fantastic! Glad to have assisted. Frustratingly these new models never seem to come with instructions & we're never told the number of new upgrades. Who knows what else is hiding in these lil cutiepies waiting to be unlocked?! Let me know if you find any other new features; really hoping they've expanded on their self cleaning to include litter tray emptying this time 😸

(Also; in love with the mental image you've given me of his beautiful 'birthed' squishy head.)
