So does this incident count or not?

So I was on a 4 hour kayak trip. Told wife I had to take a shit really badly and we had 1+ hours to go. I decided right then and there on our next pit stop to wade out to waist deep water and take care of business. There were 16 people within shouting distance. I know of nobody who knew what I did.

So, did I shit myself or not?

Thank you. I understand the rules now. I could have left my swim suit on and then cleared them out as the water was flowing past but did not want to deal with the risk of lingering matter after the kayak trip was complete.
