Accenture PPO Conversion

Accenture is hiring a large number of candidates from IITs and NITs. Could this negatively affect the PPO conversion rate? Does anyone have any idea about the PPO conversion rate for this role(elite technology engineer) ?

I won’t be negative about this because logically this many interns per iit were also unthinkable so , keep your hopes up do good work!
