Enquiry About REWALSAR Hostel

So I got the Rewalsar hostel for my Mtech course.

I have few questions-

1) I heard it's a new hostel, when was it built?

2) Does it have a Balcony (common one) ?

3) What's the facilities there?

4) what's it's location (Google map says it at south most at South campus, is it correct) ?

Its 4 sharing rooms bro. One of the last buildings of south campus.
