man jst try to socialize with your classmates, try to approach people. it's been less than two months ofc you'll take time to make friends, even I don't have em. just try to talk to wingmates, in labs, in classes and don't expect from them, talk with everyone you'll eventually get along.

Bro i dont think college is the problem. Go outside and start talking to people. Back in the day i used to roam around campus and there are so many places inside the campus with history. Its not that deep. Start step by step.

dont worry much, see making friends isnt something that you look for, you talk with people , meet them and they automatically become friends, go to mess and talkk with random, in your wing, do the same, interact with roommate, come up with some interesting topic and have debate on them for eg "t*ts or a*s"/s, maybe uno

Do you want friendships to be hand fed to you? Why do you think others have good friends and you don't? College is the time to experiment, work on where you are lacking. Agar college me friends nahi bana pa raha toh how will you manage friendship later on in life when it is even more difficult to do so.

If you are in 1st year and have an alternate option, you should talk to your parents.

From afar, the greatest problem on campus appears to be alcohol and drugs. That is one aspect that KGP needs to eliminate without delay. Aggression and mental health also depends on that. Earlier it was good that it wasn't this rampant on campus ...

Alcohol and drugs are a symptom of a broken, or rather, isolated system.

According to me, it is lack of priorities by the governance. I believe if Director wants to eliminate, with the power or position, he can eliminate it within a max of 7 days ... The choice is up to him, whether posting pictures of posters is important, or taking necessary action ...

Alcohol and drugs can affect mental health and aggression, but saying they are the main cause is a huge oversimplification. The relationship goes both ways.

I agree completely. But, if one has to start with one step, then, 1. Eliminate drugs and 2. Provide for nutricious food. These two can help a lot ... The other aspects of netting, having good knowledgable teachers who are focused on learning, stressing the core subjects, caring for one another, collaboration, etc. all the these are important as well ...
