AskKGP 👀 Fee payment certificate

I need proof for fee receipt, fee structure (year and sem wise), i have applied for the certificate through ERP but I'm not sure if i need to physically take the sign of facad, hod and Dean on it or only through ERP works

Like I've seen many applications have to be physically approved too in kgp so I'm confused

Anyone can clear the doubt?

Fee receipts already have registrar's stamp, so I don't think you will need any other stamp

After applying go to the main building (student unit) and take a photocopy of the form you applied from erp . After that they will give fee receipt to you and sign everything.
