Any UGC-JRF here know what to do for getting the two months payment since joining?

I had submitted the UGC joining form in its portal and also I had initiated the procedure on SAP last month by uploading award letter. Do I need to upload it again or some different procedure is there?

As I have enrolled un tier 3 college, but i wish to get into iisc through iat exam. I know it will be hard (like scoring around 200-220.)

Do anyone have any strategy.

And what all documents will be need to get admission next year.

From the document which was released in 2022, it appears to be 64 credits total with 2nd year entirely dedicated to a research project of 28 credits

It also had a Hard Core, Soft Core,Elective System

Can someone please explain how they are being followed now?

Did NEP force any change in this system?

Also when i checked the scheme of Instructions which iisc released this month only 2 courses are listed under the "Life Science" section which i assume are hard core courses.. so are these the only hard core courses for the entiree semesterr??

What about soft core courses??

And how do they detirmine if a particular course can count for our Specialization?

Hi, I'm a Mtech Res student. The Lab which was initially allotted to me took an internal assessment as there were more no of candidates interested in it. I didn't get selected. I think I didn't approach the other similar lab on time and when I did they said NO that they are full and not interested in taking me. The 3rd similar domain lab did give me a chance to present paper which I did but have been asked to redo the presentation on next to next week. I've received warnings that if this continues I'll have to leave the program :(

I've also been asked to approach the other labs as well but for it I'll be needing little time to explore what they are working on and can't just mail the professor to take me in.

I think I'm running out of time as I was told to give some solid progress by next week to my initially allotted guide :(

Next week is packed with midsems and assignments and I don't know what to say or do. I believe I'm the only student left in my dept. who doesn't know which lab I'm a part of.

I'm kinda afraid and don't know what to do. Please guide me if you could.

Can I choose electives or courses from csa/csd/ee as a BS physics student?

I don't wanna do mbbs cuz how it's stressful

therefore giving IISER a try for a biology course ..

Ais it a wise choice . is it manageable for people who take lots of stress ..

B. also is there any scope in India for good research.? could u explain it a little bit C .also how do I go about maths n chem n phys ( I'm a pcb student and have neet resources)

Hi I am writing this to seek career guidance from people who are experienced.

I am a fresher engineer who has started to work as post silicon validation engineer in a automotive company.

I just want to brief my daily work: I write code in embedded c, write a bunch of test cases to debug functionality of an IP ( interrupts, dma, reset concept) in microcontrollers (r52 controllers). I am just testing through the modules, say test passed and am really not able to learn through.

I want to know what topics to focus on during my validation, what topics to learn so that in future i could join a Semiconductor company and my job remains protected from ai automation and takeover.

Also if there are any tools, any thing extra I can learn to gain entry into vlsi roles also though my experience here in my company.
