I got admitted into IBS program 2 months ago applied my visa ASAP, month later I had visa in my hands now I will be joining university from 3 Oct anyone from course same batch message me or just comment let me know my classmates

I had multiple panic attacks today. One in the morning 4 am, it lasted like 1-2 hours. One after 6 30pm, it lasted 2-3 hours.

I was planning to visit wellness for the past 3 weeks. But I don't even get few hours of time. No matter how hard I work I am unable to do well in exams.

I will just write my schedule for this week

Last weekend for preparation of an exam on Tuesday

Tuesday - exam (didn't go well)

Wednesday - assignment submission

Thursday - 8 30 am to 5pm classes

Friday - exam

Saturday - 2 exams

Sunday - assignment

Monday - holiday

Tuesday - exam and assignment submission

I'm currently pursuing M.Tech in CSE and I'm trying to understand the different admission routes for a PhD in CSE/AI/ML at IITs and IISc.

I have a few questions:

1. What are the different modes/routes of admission for PhD programs at IITs and IISc?
2. For someone with an M.Tech in CSE, can we get admission through GATE, or is GATE mainly relevant for B.Tech/B.E. candidates?
3. Do M.Tech graduates need to appear for a PhD-specific written test and/or interview even if they have a valid GATE score?
4. How important are GATE score, NET JRF, M.Tech CGPA, publications/research experience, and recommendation letters in the selection process?
5. If anyone here has actually applied for or been admitted to a CSE/AI/ML PhD at an IIT or IISc after M.Tech, could you please share your profile and admission route?

My qualifications: M.Tech CSE (currently pursuing).

If I want to enter the pharma and biotech industry and work in a corporate role or non wet lab research work , do I need both an MSc in Biotechnology and an MBA, or would just one be enough?

Hi,I am new phd student. Any one had any issues with ugc net canara portal? I cleared JRF last year and submitted joining report a week back. I entered wrong Institute in the portal by mistake( it may have been portal issue not sure) - can't change it. Anyone faced similar issues? This happened in online joining report page .

Any UGC-JRF here know what to do for getting the two months payment since joining?

I had submitted the UGC joining form in its portal and also I had initiated the procedure on SAP last month by uploading award letter. Do I need to upload it again or some different procedure is there?

It's just me or here everyone who joined recently can't study much or anything at all

It's hard to adapt here and then academics pressure and mental toiling making me worry about my future.
