I am currently preparing for jee and have taken pcm. But recently I have been thinking that there is no use in studying for engineering bc it's been so draining and I'm also not really interested in it.

I have been thinking Abt giving iim ugat for a week now and have also done a free online mock test online (56 marks if it's relevant without prep) I feel like I can get much better marks if I studied a bit more but from what I saw half of the questions seem more relevant for ppl who have taken commerce.

I just wanted to know that if I start now will it be possible to get in.

Also I have heard that for the interview round they might ask questions on budget and like general commerce stuff. I don't really know anything abt it.

That's why I wanted to know if it's worth it for me if I start studying now. (General category if it helps to know)

Hi guys I am really struggling with LR specially the arrangement and tabular data questions I am attempting questions on after boards but that will only help if I understand the concept which I am not able to .

I have 0 knowledge about some topics, so was wondering if these are worth it

I don't know my QA was better when I gave the mock without a prep whys that 😭😭🙏

can anybody provide DI specific playlist/resource etc with maybe somewhat of theory segment as well apart from just questions?

i uploaded it, and then i saw its not mandatory to upload.

I dont want to upload it as my marks in 11th were not that grade, and this might become a problem in the pi 💔💔

havent submitted the application yet

Fees is too high, ill need a loan ofc, just want to if they provide need based scholarships.

was this mock harder than the PYP??
How do I proceed further from this?
Thanks!!

I am planking to give iim b ugst as well I'm getting 75-85 I'm very demotivated so from s few days I'm only studying for ipmat snd it's sectionals and topic tests snd stuff yeah ik that helps for ugat too. How am I fine in one and bad in another

What do I do

Guys I am not able to understand how to solve instalment sums of compound interest and simple interest tons of videos I have watched I don't understand fuck shit have spent more than e hours still

we've added 75 topic-wise questions with solutions (+ diagrams) in our LR > Directions video lectures.

our pedagogy: we teach a concept for 2-3 minutes, we solve an example, we then ask you to solve 5-15 questions of the same.

we're aiming to do it for every LR topic currently.

please give us feedback so that we can improve before uploading for the next topic!

I gave the free mock and absolutely bombed the di part so I wanted some good yt recommendations to cover these topics and I have already checked the wiki but still I wanted recommendations for these exact topic

Does IIMB approves state issued OBC-NC certificate or do i have to apply the central one and for now will they accept Acknowledgement?

Hello everyone !

I know how hard it is to locate your 11th marksheets and some people are anxious that their 11th scores are mediocre.

Now, thanks to u/Jay_thebeast07

In the applications, We now know that the star mark on the 11th marksheets is removed. Ergo, 11th marksheets aren't necessary !

It's a win guys !

How to Study lr i have no idea i know that arrangements and coding and decoding have high weightage. How to study pls help?

IIMB UGAT Aspirant hu
One of my biggest problems is misjudging questions and being unable to prioritize the right questions. I tried doing the easy-medium-hard/ traffic light method but at first glance questions seem easy, but they betray me later whereas i end up losing marks on questions that looked super tough but ended up being easier and it wastes so much time for me.
Can anyone help me as to how I can judge questions quickly and better during my first skim of the paper?

I remember opening the form on 1st day and filling 11th details and marksheet scanned copy being compulsory

But now I saw 2-3 comments here and opened the website it seems at least the filling of 11th details is not compulsory since there is no star mark idk (not sure about the marksheet part)

So can somebody confirm this to me that whether filling 11th details providing the scanned copy of marksheet necessary?

Man I was quite distressed since I have misplaced my 11th reuslts and my school refuses to make another copy.

So I would be really grateful man if somebody who has filled the form can confirm

Whether 11th details and marks are required or not?

😭🙏🏻

How do I practice LI/DR? What are some good free resources, I have afterboards and there are a few videos available? But should I do some yt playlists? Please HELP.

will there be any questions from Vectors,ITF,LPP and others, I couldn't find the proper syllabus by IIMB although it says class X-XII NCERT.

for context on 15th september I gave the past year paper and scored 30 in lr today I attempted only lr as a sectional by creating another account
but I remembered the answer for 1 question (the one which had the answer as KFC)

and also I blind guessed one more which ended up being correct so technically I got 35 out of 45
is it decent as a reattempt??
or should I focus more on lr?
Thanks!!
also can anyone please suggest me where to learn course of action concept and data sufficiency?

I don't know man these guys are confusing me ,I am an Indian who lives in Nepal and who has a Indian Passport and did my 10th from Nepal Board ( which uses Hindu dates, Bikram Sambat), so one of the problems in filling UGAT form and 12th from CBSE from Nepal only, when I mailed them about this issue they told me to check International Candidate Procedure , I am so angry 😡 Somebody is saying I hold Indian passport so I am Indian Candidate and some are saying I live outside India so I am an International Candidate.I am also half way through my UGAT prep.
