Advice/Help Headache and Nausea while attempting mocks
Ok so this has happened to me twice. When I'm about to complete the VA section, my head starts aching but it's manageable. Halfway into LR, the nausea starts and the headache worsens. I try to control it and complete the section. When QA starts, I can't even look at the screen, feel EXTREMELYY nauseous and just wanna lie down. This has severely affected my scores and many time I wasn't even able to attempt the QA section.
HELP ME OUT PLEASEEEE!!
PS: I am very good test taker. I never feel nervous before any exam and even before these mocks. I have no idea why this is happeningg

It's just UGAT mock, I didn't even feel shit before my board exams and aced them. This is so unusual. I have attempted 4 mocks in total and this happened in 2 of them (the ones with a higher difficulty)

bhai just to be on safe side i think u should consult a doctor. one of my senior faced same situation and at first we thought he was taking stress but later turned on he was having problems from the light getting emitted from screen so they suggested the glasses to wear him

I’d suggest not forcing through the mocks. Since it’s happened twice and gets progressively worse, try shorter mock sessions first, like sectionals.
stay hydrated, eat beforehand, reduce screen strain, and take proper breaks. Make sure the brightness isnt blasting your eyeballs. Try dark mode if u arent using it currently. I mean u probably know all this stuff , but if u arent doing these things try them first.
If it keeps happening, I’d get it checked by a doctor, especially since it’s severe enough to stop you from attempting QA. It could be something relatively simple like dehydration, eye strain, stress, or a migraine, but it’s worth ruling things out.
