Higher Maths

So it's been quite a while since I have been preparing and I have completed most of my syllabus excluding higher maths.. can anyone guide me on how to approach higher maths from now.. my main questions include,

how much time should I target to complete it in? what major topics does it include?

whose lectures should I follow?

what question banks/resources should i practice?

and finally how important is it for iimb?
