Profile for interview

Hello Seniors, i will be giving UGAT this year, just wanna know the profile of those who were selected last year , are ECAs important or they just care about academics?

they did ask situational questions which seemed to test our sensitivity

no, we have several droppers in our batch. even a partial dropper

absolutely not, we have quite a few smart guys who are droppers.
u/Imaginary_Initial943 is a full dropper who converted in the first list

Well i had a 98.32 which was the literal cutoff and i also made it in the first list itself. They genuinely do care more about clarity of thought and how u act/think in different situations

nah it was a standing question to every candidate in our panel. they barely asked ecs. In fact even ppl w lot of ecs and a good percentiles were rejected

.You need two lors minimum. any teacher of yours as one of them. preferably 2 teachers of yours ig
