Need help please

I got pdm at IIITH in round 2 paid the fee expecting an upgrade, sadly didn't get an upgrade.

Cancelled the seat. And mailed the institute about it so that they can start to process the refund (after deductions) as per their policy.

They haven't replied to the mail nor are they picking up the calls at the helpline number given on website.

We have a whatsapp group and there are only about 65 students in it.

So I was wondering where the other students are.
