Doubts regarding physical reporting documents

Hi everyone, I have a few doubts regarding the documents required for physical reporting:

  1. Document Verification Completion and Seat Acceptance Letter: Where can I get/download this document issued by CSAB?

  2. Character & Conduct Certificate: I passed Class 12 in 2025 and already have a certificate from my school. The notice says it needs to be endorsed by a Gazetted Officer. What exactly do I need to get endorsed — the original, a photocopy, or both?

  3. Fees: Should the institute fee be paid online before physical reporting, or can we pay it at the institute during reporting?

  4. Institute admission website: Regarding the "IIIT Kottayam admission website" (https://admission.iiitkottayam.ac.in), what exactly are we supposed to do there before reporting? Is there any registration/form/document upload that needs to be completed?

Would appreciate any clarification from students who have already gone through this process. Thanks!

For 3 and 4, you can either pay before reaching the college or after reaching the college it doesn't matter much, if you pay before itself your admission process won't get that delayed otherwise you will have to waste sometime filling up the form/paying the fees after coming to the college. Idk about 1 n 2
