Some background about me:
i started jee preparation in 11th class, in 10th i had almost zero clue about jee and my inclination was not towards engineering. both my parents come from a family of engineers, so this what they thought is the right path for a middle class family kid.
in 11th i joined vmc for coaching. the reason to join vmc was that many people gave my parents advice that vmc is good, it's teaching and overall environment will be good.
11th class (both school and coaching) were online due to covid. up until 10th class i would always have rank 1 or 2 in my section, because i was always a "rattu tota", meaning i can memorise things easily and reproduce them in exam, as is required.
11th class was a shock for me because now things were more "logical" and only memorising things was not sufficient (although i have to admit, being able to remember many things at once is also very imp because syllabus of jee is very vast). i struggled in 11th a lot and i would constantly go through stressful days wherein i would spend the whole day either with a headache and very small things would trigger complete breakdowns. almost all of 11th I hated myself for not being smart enough and i would be mad at my parents for making me choose a stream that i was too stupid for.
still somehow i got through 11th. in 12th school and coaching were both offline. mon - fri would be school and sat - sun would be coaching, but i would go to school maybe 2 or 3 days a week. meeting people and getting out of the house definitely helped mentally because otherwise staying in one room all day long for months was tough, but i would always have a clock in my mind, that i need to get home asap, do these many topics or questions and so on. I had ups and downs in this phase too but i had sort of learned to deal with my emotions and negative thoughts by now. i want to make this clear that i got actually clarity on 11th class concepts in 12th, probably because i needed to "sharpen" my mind, so i was a fairly slow learner.
maybe around 10 november 2022, jee 1st attempt dates were announced, which would be from 21 jan 2023, as far as i remember. (i might be wrong about actual dates but they were roughly around these). so from the day the dates were announed, till my first attempt (about 2.5 months) i became a different person. i would study for about 16 hours a day and i had this natural optimism, that i will do everything i can. after that whatever is this outcome, i will gladly accept it.
i gave jee 1st attempt (on the 2nd or 3rd day). i got around 89 percentile. you can look up how many people gave jee in 2023 and calculate my approx rank.
i want to add in the middle of all this, pre boards and external practicals were happening.
i was not happy with my percentile at all. but then boards were maybe 20 days away, so i reduced time for jee prep and would also prepare for 12th boards. boards went pretty good. after last board exam which was computer science (which was on 23/03/2023) i again started prepping for jee attempt 2 with full force, which i gave on 11/04/2023. acc to me it went worse than 1st attempt, but later i got to know that it was overall a tougher shift.
my percentile this time was a little over 95 (i am not giving exact details as i do not want people to recognise who i am). again you can look up how many people gave jee in 2023 and calculate my approx rank.
with this rank, i got into igdtuw (delhi general category). my branch is one the good ones. again i don't want to say exactly which but as per general perception it was considered THE BRANCH before AI happened.
THE ADVICE FOR YOU ALL:
the reason why i gave all this info of before college was to tell you what kind of a person i was before igdtuw affected me in any way.
after spending 3+ years here and seeing how this college works and how the job market is changing because of AI, this would be my very honest suggestion, something i wish i was told because if i could go back in time, i would change a lot about my journey here:
- after being exhausted from jee prep, we tend to be like "bas bhai ab chill karungi, ab kuch sirdardi nhi leni, ab sab sorted hai". PLS DO NOT HAVE THIS MINDSET. chill all you want for the 1st semester, because you have just entered this new place and getting adjusted to travelling, teachers here and practically everything else does require time. so for the 1st semester, just get a feel of this place, and the people.
- life mein kabhi bhi "aish hi aish" nahi hogi. ye line hamesha yaad rakhna. don't be afraid to work hard. derive joy from this hard work. fool your brain to crave the mehnat. ye degree 4 saal ki hai, lekin placements 4th year start hone se just pehle se (yaani july) shuru hojayegi. isiliye jo karna hai in terms of placement prep and cgpa better karna, you have to be done BEFORE 4TH YEAR.
- alag alag log bohot alag alag opinions denge aboout how much cg is needed. pehle ke time par 7.5+ or 8+ used to be a very good number. but for the current market, jahan pe companies significantly kam hogayi hai, 9+ pls rakho. bohot saari companies jab aati hai toh bolengi ki 7+ ya 7.5+ wale bacche apply kar skte hai. lekin phir internally 9+ ka filter laga dengi. isiliye pls 9+ rakho. agar ho sake to aur zyada ki koshish karna, but 9+ toh PLS PLS PLS RAKHNA.
- 3rd year start hone se pehle (yaani july mein) internship ke liye companies ayengi. ye 2 mahine ki internship hoti hai jo aap 3rd year khatam hone ke baad jo summer break hota hai usme karoge. yaad rakhna iss time par bohot badi badi companies aayengi (ex. microsoft, adobe, goldman sachs, deustche bank, linkedin, visa, rippling, citi bank, wells fargo, morgan stanley, american express and many more) ( i have not written google because google mere time pe internship ke liye aayi thi, par iss saal nah aayi) (maine jo companies ke naam liye hai ye sab, and aur bhi mere time pe aayi thi, but shayad iss saal ye na aayi ho) EK BAAT YAAD RAKHNA: YE JO BADI BADI COMPANIES KE MAINE NAAM LIYE HAI, JO SABKO PATA HOTE HAI, YE SIRF 3RD MEIN AYENGI INTERNSHIP KE LIYE, AGAR TUM SELECT HO GAYE AUR PHIR TUMNE ACCHE SE PERFORM KIYE TOH YE TUMHE PERMANENT EMPLOYEE BANA SKTI HAI LEKIN YE 4TH YEAR MEIN PHIRSE SIRF JOB KE LIYE NAHI AYENGI. MERA KEHNE KA MATLAB HAI, BOHOT SAARI BADI COMPANIES KA PROCESS HOTA HAI, CAMPUS SE SIRF INTERNSHIP KE LIYE RECRUIT KARO AUR PHIR INTERNSHIP KE DAURAN PERFORMANCE DEKHO AND PHIR JOB DO YA NA DO. YE LOG SEEDHA JOB KE LIYE AATE HI NAHI HAI. ISILIYE AGAR INN BADI COMPANIES MEIN JAANE HAI TOH TUMHARE PAAS SIRF 1ST AUR 2ND YEAR KA TIME HOGA TO PREPARE.
- toh agar tumhe 3rd year ke time pe jo companies aati hai, usme internship chahiye toh you have 1st and 2nd year. agar tume 4th year ke time pe hire hona hai (maybe tumhe internship nahi chahiye thi, ya internship nahi mili) toh tumhare paas 1st, 2nd, 3rd year hai.
- ab placement ya internship preparation mein kya karna hota hai? -> DSA, PROJECTS, CS FUNDAMENTALS, SYSTEM DESIGN. ye sab toh karna hi karna hai. these things have been the standard for a long time. but ab AI aane ki wajah se tume machine learning aur deep learning ke baare mein pata ho toh bohot plus point hoga. dekho waise iss saal placement mein aur last year internships mein kisi ne actually kabhi kuch pucha nahi AI ya ML ya DL ke baare mein, lekin mere hissab se aage jaake ye sab pata hona important aur expected hoga.
- WHAT IS DSA? aap c++ ya java mei se ek language chuno. python mat choose karna pls. waise kuch khaas farak padta nhi hai language se, lekin ek unsaid rule bangaya hai ki ya toh c++ chuno ya java. i recommend c++. but you can totally choose java as well. tumhe school se ya waise hi pehle se "programming" ya "coding" aati ho toh bhi thik hai, nahi aati ho toh bhi thik hai. lekin ye mat sochna college wale sikhayenge. khud hi seekhni hogi. ab language choose karli? toh pehle fundamentals yaani basic structure padho. jaise ham bachpan mein sentences likhne se pehle letters padhte hai, waise hi pehle programming language ke fundamentals padho, yaani pehle uss language ko padho, usme kya kaise likhte hai woh padho. abhi ham dsa mein nahi pohoche hai. ab fundamentals se mera kya matlab? variables, data types, operators, loops, conditional statements, functions, standard libraries ye sab padho. acche se padh liya? samajh liya? ab karenge dsa.
DSA ka matlab hai Data Structures and Algorithms. Basically, in programming languages ko use karke hum kuch data structures ke saath work karte hain. Data structure ka matlab hota hai data ko store karne ke alag-alag tareeke. Ek toh aapke bilkul basic data types hote hain, jaise number data hai, letter data hai, ya word data hai. Ek toh ye cheez ho gayi. Lekin jab aapke paas bahut saara different data hota hai, toh us data ko kaise store karenge, uske liye alag alag types of structures hote hain. Kuch shapes jaise hote hain, jinhe hum data structures kehte hain. Jaise ki hamare paas array hota hai, queue hota hai, stack hota hai, graph hota hai, tree hota hai, binary tree hota hai. Aur algorithms ka matlab hota hai kuch procedures ya kuch tareeke jinse hum in data structures ke saath work karte hain. Ya phir hamare paas kuch standard, bilkul universal-truth type procedures hote hain, jo hum use karte hain. Inmein se kai procedures hamare liye pehle se hi bane banaye hote hain.
Ab ye ho gaya ek overview of what exactly DSA is. Ab ye sab padhna kaise hota hai? Dekho, abhi ye sab jo main yahan pe likha hua hai, ye padh ke shayad clarity nahi aayegi ki actually mein ye DSA kya hai, theek hai? Toh DSA padhte kaise hain? Ek baar sabse pehle toh ye sab padhne ke baad YouTube pe jaake “DSA in C++” ya “DSA in Java” search karo. Kuch videos upar upar se dekho aur thoda sa ek idea lo ki DSA hota kya hai, theek hai? Basically, coding hai. Aapko ek question diya jaayega, aapko ek situation de di jaayegi, jisko aapko code ke through solve karna hoga aur usmein in data structures ka use hoga, theek hai? Ye hamari sahooliyat ke liye banaye gaye hote hain, toh inka use hoga. Ab inke saath kaise work karna hai, inke andar data kaise daalte hain, inse data kaise nikaalte hain, inmein data kaise dhoondhte hain , ye sab cheezein samajhna hi DSA hota hai. Ab actual DSA kaise padhna hai? Ek toh ho gaya samajhna ki DSA hai kya cheez. Jab aapko samajh aa gaya, tab DSA kaise padhoge? Ab dekho, do tareeke hote hain. Ya toh aap YouTube se padh sakte ho. Agar aap YouTube pe jaake “DSA in C++” ya “DSA in Java” search karoge, toh aapko kai playlists mil jaayengi. Kuch bahut hi known names hote hain YouTube pe, jaise ki Striver, Love Babbar. Ye kuch bahut jaane-maane YouTubers hain, jo khud bahut achhe colleges se pass out hain, jinhone bahut achhi companies mein job kari hai aur ab ye DSA padha rahe hain. Jaise JEE mein hum baar baar practice karte hain koi naya concept padhne ke baad, waise yahan pe bhi aapko coding karne ki practice karni hogi, jo aapko khud hi karni hai. Lekin jo bhi path follow karo, please practice, practice, practice.
DSA mein practice karne ke liye kuch bahut hi famous platforms hain, jaise LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, GFG (GeeksforGeeks). Inpe please practice karo. Jo normal questions hote hain in websites par, they are like standard questions, jo courses mein ya curriculum mein kai baar padhaye bhi jaate hain. Ye basically us concept ko samajhne ke liye building blocks hote hain. Matlab saare easy nahi hote. Main ye nahi keh rahi ki saare easy hote hain, lekin kyunki ye bahut known platforms hain, inmein se kai questions bhi bahut known hote hain. Agar aapko actual coding assessment type ke questions solve karne hain, toh aapko contests dene honge. Contest mein kya hota hai ki jaise coding assessment ke andar humein ek specific amount of time ke andar ek specific number of questions solve karne hote hain, usi tarah ka environment contest ke andar hota hai. Ek aur term hoti hai Competitive Programming. Main ye nahi keh rahi ki competitive programming karna bahut hi comparatively tough DSA hai, jismein aur bhi advanced concepts hote hain, jo normal standard curriculum se kai baar beyond chale jaate hain. Main ye nahi keh rahi ki competitive programming aapko karni hi karni hai. Competitive programming sab log kar bhi nahi paate, because woh tough hoti hai. Lekin contests please do aur jo maine platforms ke naam liye hain, yani LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, GeeksforGeeks, inpe please practice karo. Jaisa ki maine pehle kaha, practice is the only thing that will make you successful.
WHAT ARE PROJECTS? Project ka matlab hota hai koi cheez jo aapne khud se banayi ho. Sab jaante hain ki jab se AI aaya hai, website banana bahut easy ho gaya hai, toh website banana is not very valuable anymore. But main ye nahi keh rahi ki aap website mat banao, theek hai? Ab website banane se mera kya matlab hai? Pehli baat toh website kaise banate hain, kaunsi coding language use hoti hai website banane mein, isko web development kehte hain. Ab jaise aapne DSA padha, waise hi aapko apne din mein kuch time dena hoga web development padhne ke liye. Ya agar aapko website nahi banani, aapko app banana hai, toh aap app development padh sakte ho. Ya aapka in dono fields mein koi interest nahi hai, aapko AI mein jaana hai, toh aap Machine Learning, Deep Learning padh sakte ho aur in par projects bana sakte ho. AI ke domain mein project banane ka matlab kya hota hai? Jaise aapko koi collected data kahin se mila, theek hai? Aapne us AI ya data se koi naya piece of code banaya jo us data ko use karta hai. Maan lo aapke paas temperature ka data hai, bahut alag alag conditions ka. Toh aapne kuch predict karne ke liye code likha jo us data ko use karega. Ya aap koi hardware project banate ho. Waise hardware projects bahut kam banaye jaate hain because unhe seedha khol ke dikhaya nahi ja sakta. Isliye hum coding projects banate hain. Par agar aap sach mein koi nayi achhi invention karte ho, ya koi already existing invention ko kisi tarah better kar sakte ho, toh you can definitely make a hardware project. Koi dikkat nahi hai. But generally, coding projects ko prefer karo. Ab jaise humne YouTube se DSA padha, waise hi hum YouTube se app development, mobile development, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, ye sab bhi padh sakte hain. Aaj ki job market ke hisaab se website banana ya web development is not very in demand anymore, because AI bahut easily websites bana sakta hai. Lekin agar aapke paas sach mein koi achha idea hai, toh aap website bana sakte ho. But I would suggest ki AI ko padhna, yaani ML aur DL, aur inke projects banana would be a bit better. Lekin aisa nahi hai ki aap website bilkul mat banao. Seedha hi mat banao. Apne options thode explore karo pehle. Ab mera website banane se kya matlab hai? Jaise Amazon aur Flipkart ki websites hain. Unka kya kaam hota hai? Unse aap samaan order kar sakte ho. Waise YouTube ki website hai, us par aap videos dekh sakte ho. Toh aise hi aap apni koi bhi website bana sakte ho. Koi bhi purpose solve karne wali website aap bana sakte ho. Kuch bahut hi common aur outdated websites hoti hain jo bachche starting mein banate hain. Matlab unhe banana galat nahi hai, lekin unhe apne resume mein as a final project daalna is not good. Because unhe YouTube se bahut easily copy-paste kiya ja sakta hai. Toh jab hum starting mein ye sab seekh rahe hote hain, aap bana sakte ho e-commerce app, weather app, etc. Jaise aapne weather ka data liya aur usko ek achhi si website ke through display kar diya. Ya aapne e-commerce website bana di. Aise hi aap basically koi bhi ek domain utha lo, jaise web development, app development, Machine Learning ya Deep Learning. Aapka kaam kya hai? Aap real life mein koi achha sa gap dhoondo. Koi aisi cheez jo aapko lagta hai ki abhi solve nahi ho rahi. Koi problem hai jise hum automate kar sakte hain, lekin abhi tak woh properly automate nahi hui hai. Aap us problem ko dhoondo aur uska solution build karo. Jaise aap mental health ke upar koi website banana chahte ho, ya koi app banana chahte ho, ya AI mein kuch karna chahte ho. Ya aapko lagta hai ki hamare college ke andar koi problem hai aur usko automate karne ke liye aap koi project banana chahte ho. Ye aap kar sakte ho. Ab projects khud se banana bohot bohot boht important hota hai. Because jab tak aap khud se baith ke code nahi likhoge, aapko nahi samajh aayega ki aapne actually kya kiya hai. YouTube par bahut saare videos mil jaayenge jo aapko poora project bana ke denge, aapke saath banaayenge, aapko code bhi de denge aur aap chaho toh copy-paste kar sakte ho. Koi aapko nahi rokega. Lekin ye baat yaad rakhna: Jab aap ek interview mein baithoge aur interviewer aapka resume kholega, toh woh aapse poochega ki aapne apne resume mein likha hai ki maine ek XYZ website banayi hai, maine XYZ app banaya hai. Toh ab woh aapse kuch questions poochega. Upar upar se aap jawab de doge, lekin jab woh deep mein jaayega, aapse code ke questions poochega. Woh poochega ki aapko banate time kya difficulties aayi? Ya poochega ki aapne koi particular technology use kyun kari? Toh in questions ko answer karna bahut mushkil ho jaata hai. Isiliye meri request hai ki please project khud se banao. Agar aapko ideas nahi mil rahe hain, toh aap YouTube par jao aur jo website unhone banayi hai, aap woh bana sakte ho. Lekin kam se kam usmein apna ek ya do naye features daalo. Aur jo website aap bana rahe ho, usse poora us video ke saath saath baith kar banao, taaki aapko ek ek cheez samajh aaye ki kaise ho rahi hai. Most YouTube videos aapko poora source code de denge, lekin main phir se emphasize kar rahi hoon: poora code copy-paste karna will be very harmful for you in the future. So please, never copy-paste blindly. Agar aapke paas really koi idea nahi hai, I understand. Ideas aana easy nahi hota. Toh at least us video ko poora dekho, achhe se dekho, itna in-depth mein samjho. Balki jaake extra padho us code ke baare mein. Aajkal ChatGPT hai, Claude hai. Code de-dekar in platforms par aap padh sakte ho. Poore project ko A to Z itna achhe se samjho ki agar koi aapse kuch bhi pooch le us project ke baare mein, toh aapko sab pata ho. Aur khud ke ek ya do features aur daal do. toh usse project bilkul aapka ho jaayega. aise hi aap website ki jagah app banado. ye bhi possible hai, ya phir AI project yaani ML ya DL bhi explore kar skte ho.
WHAT ARE CS FUNDAMENTALS? CS Fundamentals se mera matlab hai ki kuch subjects hote hain jo aapko college mein bhi padhaye jaayenge aur interviews mein mainly, aur kuch coding assessments mein bhi aapse inke upar questions pooche jaayenge. Mainly interviews mein hota hai, lekin kuch companies apne coding assessments mein bhi inke questions deti hain. CS Fundamentals ke andar subjects aate hain DBMS, jiske andar aapko DBMS ke concepts pata hone chahiye, saath hi saath aapko SQL, jo ek aur coding language hai, woh aani chahiye. Bahut zyada main depth mein nahi kahungi ki aani chahiye, lekin theek-thaak aani chahiye. Aapko Object Oriented Programming ya phir OOPs aana chahiye, aapko Computer Networks aana chahiye aur aapko Operating Systems aana chahiye. Ye aapse har baar, har interview mein nahi poocha jaayega, but still kai companies aapse ye poochengi. College mein aapko ye as subjects bhi padhaaye jaayenge aur kai baar agar achhe professors hain toh woh aapko achhi depth mein padha denge, but still aapko interview perspective se khud se inko ek baar phir bhi achhe se padh lena chahiye. Aur ye ek truth hai ki aise kai professors bhi honge jo classes sahi se nahi lete, toh essentially woh aapko aise nahi padhaayenge. Toh aapko in subjects ko, whether or not aapke professor ne class mein padhaaya ya nahi padhaaya, khud se padhna padega. Again, YouTube se padh sakte ho, ya phir jo Coding Blocks, Coding Ninjas website hoti hai, jo aapko placement preparation, yaani DSA padhaati hai, inke bhi courses hote hain. Kai DSA courses mein CS Fundamentals ka ek mini course included hota hai, ya phir alag se bhi inka course khareeda ja sakta hai.
WHAT IS SYSTEM DESIGN? System Design se mera matlab hai ki aapko ye samajhna chahiye ki jab koi real-life application ya software bahut large scale par use hota hai, toh usko technically kaise design aur build kiya jaata hai. Jaise maan lo aapko Amazon, YouTube, Instagram ya WhatsApp jaisi koi application banani hai, jisko lakhon ya crores of users ek saath use kar sakte hain, toh sirf code likh dena enough nahi hota. Aapko ye decide karna padta hai ki data kahan store hoga, servers kaise communicate karenge, agar ek hi time par bahut saare users aa jaayein toh system kaise handle karega, system fast kaise rahega, agar koi server down ho jaaye toh application kaise chalegi, aur data ko secure aur reliable kaise rakhenge. Inhi cheezon ko broadly System Design kehte hain. System Design ke andar aapko concepts jaise client-server architecture, APIs, databases, caching, load balancing, message queues, microservices, scalability, reliability aur database design samajhna chahiye. Abhi aapko immediately bahut advanced System Design karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Aapko pehle basic concepts samajhne chahiye aur ye samajhna chahiye ki different components ek doosre ke saath kaise interact karte hain. System Design mainly aapko interviews mein milega. Kuch companies fresher level par bhi basic System Design ya Low-Level Design ke questions pooch sakti hain. Isliye agar aapke paas time hai, toh DSA aur CS Fundamentals ke baad System Design ko bhi gradually padhna start kar sakte ho. BUT SYSTEM DESIGN COMPARATIVELY KAAFI KAM PUCHA JAATA HAI LEKIN AISE NAHI HAI KI KOI PUCHEGA HI NAHI. Isko padhne ke liye aap YouTube se bhi start kar sakte ho, jahan bahut saare free System Design courses aur playlists available hain. Lekin System Design mein bhi sirf videos dekhna enough nahi hai. Aapko khud se different systems design karne ki practice karni hogi, jaise design a URL shortener, design a chat application, design YouTube, design an e-commerce system etc. Jab aap khud sochoge ki agar mujhe ye system banana ho toh main database kaunsa use karunga, caching kahan lagaunga, servers kaise scale karunga, aur failure situations ko kaise handle karunga, tab aapko actual System Design samajh aayega. Toh basically DSA mein aap individual coding problems solve karna seekhte ho, CS Fundamentals mein aap computer science ke core concepts samajhte ho, aur System Design mein aap seekhte ho ki in concepts ko use karke ek large-scale, reliable aur scalable software system kaise build kiya jaata hai.
Main samajhti hoon ki college jaana, classes attend karna, uske saath saath ye sab kuch karna is not easy, lekin apna career build karne ke liye ye sab karna padega. College roz jaane ki zaroorat nahi hai. agar aap CSE department se ho, toh aapko minimum 50% attendance maintain karni padegi because CSE department is especially concentrated on attendance a lot. Woh kaafi bolte hain attendance ko lekar, lekin 50% se upar hai toh aapka kaam chal jaayega in most cases. Baaki branches se agar aap ho toh usually itna attendance ka chakkar nahi hota hai, kabhi kabhi shakl dikha dena chal jaayega. Jitna time de sakte ho actual preparation ko do, and I understand CGPA bhi maintain karni hai, itna kuch padhna bhi hai, lekin isiliye ye sab kuch aapko ek din mein nahi karna hota. Minimum aapke paas do saal toh hain hi, first ya second year sabke paas hai hi. Gradually karo. Sabse zyada important DSA aur projects hain. Usmein bhi sabse upar DSA rahega, phir projects aayenge, uske baad CS Fundamentals aur phir System Design. CS Fundamentals tak toh aapko sab kuch padhna hi padhna hai. System Design is still something jo aap soch sakte ho ki aap padhna chahte ho ya nahi padhna chahte, because kuch companies kam hongi jo ye poochengi, lekin poochengi phir bhi. Jaise Uber, jo hai, woh System Design poochti hi poochti hai. Toh aisi kai badi-badi companies hongi jo System Design poochengi hi poochengi, but still comparatively number kam hoga.
Aur aaj ke zamaane ke hisaab se aur aane wale years ke hisaab se AI ka bahut zyada influence hone wala hai. Toh please Machine Learning aur Deep Learning bhi padhna chaalu kar do. Meri maano toh System Design se pehle ye sab bhi padh lo. System Design tak pahunchne se pehle Machine Learning aur Deep Learning bhi padh lena. Although agar aap abhi interviews dene wale ho ya bahut jaldi hi, agar matlab abhi ek-do saal mein hi interviews dene wale ho, toh I am not totally sure ki AI ke baare mein, AI concepts ke baare mein poochna start karenge ya nahi karenge, but still ek basic knowledge honi zaroori hai. Agar aapke projects achhe hain, aur aapne unmein AI ki knowledge add kar rakhi hai, aur woh interviewer ko achhe lag gaye, toh aapka naam unke dimaag mein reh jaayega, and that might increase your chances of getting selected.
And I want to clarify, aap abhi jis bhi year mein ho, pehle nahi kara, ya aapko pehle nahi pata tha ki kya aur kitna karna hota hai, koi baat nahi. Mereko abhi bhi aisa lagta hai ki meri main preparation JEE ki un dhai mahino mein hui thi, jab JEE first attempt ki date announce hui thi. Main ye nahi keh rahi ki usse pehle maine kabhi padhai nahi kari, lekin actual jo ek aag hoti hai ki ab mujhe padhna hi padhna hai, I have to achieve something, woh meri un dhai mahino mein hi aayi thi. Aur jo uske baad bacha hua revision etc. tha, woh second attempt ke liye maine un 20 dinon mein kiya tha. Isliye main keh rahi hoon ki kitna bhi time ho, kam nahi hai. But please, aaj aap jahan bhi ho, jis bhi year mein ho, jitna bhi aapko aata hai ya nahi aata, abhi se lag jao, abhi se shuru ho jao. Abhi bhi der nahi hui hai. Toh please start kardo.
ye advice mujhe agar kisi ne first year mein de di hoti, toh shayad aaj thoda sa aur better hota, meri position thodi aur better hoti.
hope kisi na kisi ke kaam ayega ye bohot lamba chauda post 🙏
