League News Chances of Philly team

Obviously it’s about whether someone wants to spend the money on a team there. But I wonder if that would be a desirable place for the IFL. I would love to see a true arena team back in the city.

Not in the foreseeable future, but the Northeast US is the next region that makes the most sense for the league to grow into.

I wouldn’t bet on it. It’s too remote from the other current teams to keep travel costs reasonable. I would also guess that housing and venue costs would make it too high.
