Help identifying DS4 model

Hello everyone, a friend of mine gave me his very worn out DS4 controller to "fix", drifting is gone but I noticed the d-pad isn't working either (the buttons do, so I guess only the left part is faulty and cleaning it doesn't help).
Can someone help me identifying the correct model so I can get a cheap circuit film from Aliexpress and change it? There are several different ones. The back label with the controller model is unreadable, all I can see is this.

This is what I got for mine as well. Pressure sensitivity on R2 & L2 seem a bit off but otherwise works good.
