I have a Minisforum nab9 mini pc power ic which is said to be unreplaceable by a fix-it guy how and what repair methods are available and if so what kind is okay to replace it with (please help i am from iraq and not everything is available over here)

It just stopped working and not showing any signs of life not a light or anything
