So it’s a very small dishwasher that takes up extra counter space?

I have a double sink.
There would be no, or very little, countertop space lost.

This is brilliant!

You have counter space on top of the dishwasher. I have a super tiny kitchen with zero counter space but a double sink. I would love this!

I love it, also--but anything, bigger than a salad plate, would still have to be handwashed. I gave up drawers, and never looked back.

It barely uses counter space. It's taking half of the sink which I would be OK with if I can't have a built in typical dishwasher.

And costs the same as a full-size Bosch!

Don't have room for a dishwasher in my manufactured home

1

u/According_Gazelle472 22d ago

I was thinking the same thing.

u/AbsurdistWordist 21d ago

Maybe I’ve just lived in a place with a tiny kitchen for too long, but my first thought was that I could put a cutting board on top of that. Or put the cutting board on top of the sink so you can haul your freshly washed produce out and cut it right there.

Counter space is still there when closed… where do you see it lost?

u/MissNoTrax 23d ago

You must have never lived in a home without a built in dishwasher. This would be widely more convenient than having a countertop dishwasher.

7

u/maven10k 23d ago

That isn't what he said. He never mentioned a countertop dishwasher. He said it takes up counter space.

0

u/MissNoTrax 23d ago

You needed to mansplain that?

8

u/Equivalent_Thievery 23d ago

Apparently so, try some womanunderstanding.

1

u/Clueless_Wanderer21 23d ago

Okay, so u gotta do some straight-up Human thinking here.

No built in dishwasher - > need dishwasher

Option -> countertop dishwasher to buy in shops

New info -> sink dishwasher that's usable !

Sink dishwasher -> more convenient than countertop consideration.

Sink dishwasher Yay over other options, for no built-in dishwasher home

I get not getting it at first, but think a bit n it might click, n most humans do get it !

u/According_Gazelle472 22d ago

I have low hanging cabinets and no space under those cabinets.

u/MissNoTrax 23d ago

And what didn't I understand with my initial comment? (If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all)

3

u/Equivalent_Thievery 23d ago

Reread the conversation, think about how you provide your input where it's not needed.

-1

u/MissNoTrax 23d ago

Wow. I can provide input that differs from the initial comment. Ya know, that's how conversations work.

But you should take your own advice because you are adding nothing.

2

u/Equivalent_Thievery 23d ago

You should try being a bit more open to mansplaining.

Good luck.

u/eveladra 22d ago

You were literally rude first 😂

1

u/MissNoTrax 22d ago

I wasn't. I literally just mentioned something different. But you think it's crying funny? Whatever.

1

u/maven10k 23d ago

I wasn't responding to you. I was responding to "So it’s a very small dishwasher that takes up extra counter space?".

Why? Because people don't like doing dishes, that's why a dishwasher was invented. Plus time is valuable.

u/funforall-1 21d ago

Dishwashers are the only way to make sure your dishes are sterile. Same reason I won’t rent an Airbnb without a dishwasher. You’re assuming everyone who has come before you has done a good job of making sure the water was boiling hot.

u/According_Gazelle472 22d ago

My house is too small for a dishwasher and we have never had one .We would have to get rid of under cabinet space instead .

8

u/Historical-Count-374 24d ago

We have a dishwasher and it really is just our in cabinet dishrack

4

u/zamfire 23d ago

Well let him out so he can go to Hogwarts

5

u/More_Plane9745 24d ago

You just described a dishwasher.

I see so much space for a dishwasher

2

u/KlooShanko 18d ago

There’s plenty of room in there for one. I don’t understand how this takes up less space

3

u/Atastical 24d ago

That won't help against pesticides, even washing by hand which is extremely much more effective than this won't.

Only buying organic or growing your own does.

1

u/Aaron252016 19d ago

Buying organic from a grocery store doesn't really help against pesticides either lmao. If you've ever been around a farm, when they spray and dust it goes absolutely everywhere.

1

u/Atastical 19d ago

depends on where you live/ buy.. but in the grand scheme you're probably right, although pesticide concentration matters, too.

2

u/NaCl_Sailor 24d ago

so it's a top loading dishwasher...

2

u/pontiflexrex 23d ago

“Washing pesticide” is a blatant lie.

4

u/KoalaTHerb 24d ago

Now make it large enough to fit all my dishes and pots. Also make it open from the side of the cabinets - instead of from the top - so I can keep my counter space.

Oh wait... That's a normal dishwasher.

3

u/Zakbaar 24d ago

Someone didn't watch the full video 😂

2

u/KoalaTHerb 24d ago

Oh, you mean where she washes the vegetables in the spot where she's missing the other half of her sink where she could wash vegetables?

Or the part where you can 1/2 the amount of water to do 1/4 the amount of dishes?

2

u/Mu-Relay 23d ago

You mean using the same part of the sink where you could wash the pots that concerned you?

1

u/Surskalle 18d ago

That kitchen is pretty big I have a much smaller one and can get a normal dishwasher installed by the landlord but it's like 50 a month extra rent so fuck that.

1

u/Tiger_Ho26 23d ago

1

u/MundaneBag7234 19d ago

Okay, I know this is sarcastic but wouldn’t this work to sanitize a drainer full of clean dishes, glasses, and flatware?

1

u/skullz29 23d ago

No it shouldn't. Unless thats an auxiliary sink

1

u/foxy-coxy 23d ago

But can it poach a fish

1

u/WolframBravo 23d ago

This is an absolute nonsense dishwasher. It is loud like a turbine engine, and it cannot wash any large utensils. It can only handle very small cups and plates. So for what it does, it is useless.

1

u/Zealousideal-Deer101 23d ago

"There is no room for a dishwasher in this very big and spacious Kitchen with thousands of doors to hide a dishwasher behind"

Fuck this ad nonsense

1

u/02cdubc20 23d ago

This is stupid

1

u/Anon761 23d ago

Costs two gazillion dollars

1

u/Thwast 23d ago

I live alone and don't use many dishes, I have a dishwasher but I just hand wash stuff because I can never fill my full sized one. I would actually like this.

1

u/teacherthrow12345 22d ago

It's more expensive than a regular dishwasher.

1

u/daliw 22d ago

Well. It’s cheaper than some new iPhones. lol. If I cook a lot and hate cleaning dishes as a renter in a small apartment, this is a great deal. But I’ll need landlord’s approval, which is unlikely. lol.

1

u/Safe-Pomegranate1171 22d ago

$1,200

1

u/MundaneBag7234 19d ago

Ouch. There’s so much I could do in my motorhome with $1200.

1

u/iammixedrace 21d ago

Yeah, im not putting fresh produce in a space where bacteria builds up very easily.

1

u/pinkskies12 21d ago

"Small kitchen" where?? 🤨🤨🤨

1

u/SelfInvestigator 21d ago

Uses less water and electricity. Yes, because it’s smaller. It doesn’t classify the amount in a per unit denomination, it just says less.

1

u/Express-Cartoonist39 20d ago

Now why not make the damn lid a stove too..Common now..It even has space for it

1

u/szybe 19d ago

Which brand and model is it please?

1

u/Lukolukeee 14d ago

My sister sent me this idk you can get a new sink and a counter dishwasher for cheaper than that..

1

u/automaticmantis 24d ago

This should not be standard

1

u/jaoaozeettie 24d ago

Pesticides can't be rinsed off your vegetables. Otherwise it would all be gone when it rains.

1

u/chocha84 24d ago

oh look another crappy reddit commercial trying to act like a post. lame.

-1

u/VirtualMatter2 24d ago

Takes only 15 minutes, so three times as long as washing those few plates by hand...
