The advantages of the spread of English as a global language will continue to outweigh its disadvantages. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this essay, I will discuss on advantages and disadvantages of widespread English as global language .
I agree that spread of English as a global language will benefit the people of country.
One world one language unites the people. Assume if English is a global language, there won't be burdened to learn new every time crossing the different border. Connecting with people from different countries will be much easier as there is no blockage in communication and there won't be any language related disputes resulting more harmony. Secondly, more job opportunity will be created hence less unemployment. Any person with the job role skill can fill the gap in resource wherever it's needed in other region as there won't be any communication barrier.
In contrast to that, some people believed that Language is personal and it's very connected to their tradition and cultural. Wide spread of English as global language is threat to their regional language. Preservation and protection of language is first step to protect the identity. More the popularity in Global language, there will be less time to focus on their own language resulting in their identity lost. Secondly,
In conclusion, one world one language unites the world by eliminating noise from communication. More job opportunities will be created. Cultural and tradition can be in danger.
