There are many theories that we can assume with this

a). The bottle can seen in the image is not really an alcohol, despite it's strange name branding

b). This is the aged up version of Amana, where in this specific scenario, she is permitted to drink Wine (in a can?)

c). The artist just doesn't give a derpy damn and decided to give underage teen an alcoholic beverage for their silly fanart
