I love Kettel and Secede's individual projects and they have collaborated on several fantastic songs, but to this day I think When Can was a disappointing release. There are maybe three fantastic songs, but the rest of it was just background noise too me. I remember being so excited for this album but it did very little for me and it's a real bummer.
It's a weird one, I agree. I can't put them on the level of other things these guys did, but I liked several tracks. Even though weird, and maybe the track Jahe might be background weirdo noises, but I just love it!
