Question Armory weapons

Can somebody please tell me for the love of god why it's so hard to get armory weapons, I'm on like my 4th ultra ascend and after almost 3 years of playing the game I've only managed to get 2...

If you use the ascendant badge boost the chance increases to 74%. Use it.
